Responsibilities
- Territory Sales Plan and Execution. Manage multi-state territory - North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri
- Travel to customer sites 80%
- Directly supervise team
- Job Quoting, Planning, Execution and Follow-Up
- Sales and Gross Margin Performance
- Facility and Equipment Management
- Oversee mechanical maintenance, rework construction, retrofit and installation of industrial dryer, kilns and ball mills
- High school or GED required.
- Engineering background a plus but not required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in either the engineering consulting or construction trade.
- Must live within the area managed.
- Strategic sales logic comprehension
- Mathematics comprehension
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- $65k-75k/year with potential for commission. Pay rate based on experience and skills.
- Job travel expenses, including hotel and per diem, are paid by company.
