Title: Field Operations Specialist

Primary Location: Downtown New York City. This is a fully (100%) onsite position. NO REMOTE WORK!

Normal Business Days/Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm includes one-hour unpaid lunch) - 35 hours work week.

Skills required:

· Minimum 5 years proven experience as Field Operations in Information Technology

• Experience in managing MDF and IDF technology rooms

• Experience working with various tools (e.g., MS Office including Project, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams, PPM, SharePoint)

• Working knowledge of IT Infrastructure - Windows Servers, VMWare, Cisco Network Gears, Wi-Fi, VoIP, on prem Datacenter Center, Desktop, laptops, Smartphones, EPL Data circuits, UPS, PDU, Security surveillance systems

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and perform in a high-paced/high-pressure environment

• Ability to work independently or within a group to solve complex problems.

• Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus

• Vendor management skills

• Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50lbs

• Must be able to travel as needed between 37 ACS sites in NYC 5 Boroughs including 24x7x365 sites Children’s Center and 2 Secure Detention Center facilities
