About The PositionAs a HR Business Partner, you will support our talent strategy and people initiatives across your respective region(s) and be a contributing member of our EMEA People Team. This position partners closely with the EMEA Leadership Team to ensure our people strategy aligns with our evolving business goals. This role is for someone who will drive and execute on our talent strategy and people initiatives across our teams in DACH. This is a critical role responsible for supporting how our talent acquisition, experience, development and retention strategies align with the goals of the business. Our People Team is seen as part of the business and a high sense of business acumen is a must.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our high growth business objectives and support a regional people strategy that aligns and supports these priorities
  • Serve as the day-to-day People Partner for the region(s) and build meaningful relationships with those at all levels of the business
  • Partner with leaders to optimize our human capital via engagement, organizational efficiency, employee relations, change management, learning and development and performance management efforts
  • Develop solutions and solve people related challenges by collecting and analyzing data, and recommending courses of action
  • Lead and facilitate deliberate communication and change management planning and execution
  • Deliver people reporting with data analysis on key activities such as engagement, turnover, and well-being themes with actions and follow-up.
  • Culture stewardship, partnering with colleagues to develop action plans
  • Partner with the broader HR team to develop and implement specific plans to meet the needs of the business
What You Will Bring To Our Team
  • 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience within fast-paced and matrix organizations
  • Fluency in both English and German
  • Demonstrated success developing relationships and trust with leadership at all levels
  • Keen understanding of the local employment laws and requirements
  • Scrappy and comfortable with ambiguity and change; ability to roll up sleeves to get things done with limited resources
  • Empowered to take a proactive approach in all that you do; comfortable approaching colleagues at all levels with the ability to coach and influence
  • Highly organized, able to work through complex problems, set priorities and diligently execute on commitments
