Job Summary
Responsible for performing a variety of general, mechanical and preventative maintenance duties as well as inspections, servicing, repair and overhaul of equipment and facilities of the hospital.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in horticulture; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- This position requires you to be 18 years of age or older.
Certification/Licensure/Registrations
- License to apply lawn chemicals preferred.
- This position requires a valid driver’s license and that the employee is insurable by the Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier.
Work Schedule
- M-F 7:00am-3:30pm, 80 hours every 2 weeks
- Every 5th weekend and every 5th holiday evening 3:00pm-11:30pm
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $19.00 - $23.50 per hour
