Job Summary

The Lead is responsible for preparing assigned food items for all areas and special functions while ensuring all production staff is scheduled and trained. Ensures cleaning lists are executed completely according to Inspection Standards. Ensures all productions staff deliver the highest quality standards for food and customer service.

Education and/or Experience

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; six months to one year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required

Work Schedule

• Varied Shifts with every other weekend, every third holiday; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

• $20.00 - $24.75 per hour
