PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:As a Pool Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience at our pool facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, assisting guests with their needs, and upholding our high standards of service.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests warmly, provide towels, and assist with any requests. Ensure guests are comfortable and have everything they need for a pleasant poolside experience.
- Monitor pool and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety. Enforce pool rules and respond to emergencies appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool area, including arranging lounge chairs, cleaning up debris, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Manage the distribution and collection of towels. Ensure fresh towels are always available.
- Assist with poolside food and beverage service as needed. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to a manager or supervisor promptly. Communicate guest feedback to enhance service quality.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Support other areas of the resort as needed.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
- Basic knowledge of pool safety and first aid preferred.
- Ability and willingness to adhere to all Averill Hospitality policies and ensure departmental personnel compliance.
- Must maintain a positive influence in the community and positive relations with area vendors.
