Diesel Mechanic Job Description:

• Shift: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., 4 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Competitive pay starting at $32.55/hr
• Raises evaluated every 90 days
• Work on modern, low-mileage, private fleet equipment (Volvos and/or Freightliners with Cummins, Volvo and Detroit engines) in clean, safe shop facilities
• Primary focus on tire maintenance, trailer repairs, minor repair service, part changes, and computer diagnostics to determine route of repair

• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's License
• Convictions for Reckless Driving within the past 5 years will be reviewed on a case by case basis
• Convictions for DUI within the past 5 years will be reviewed on a case by case basis
• License suspensions or revocations within the past 5 years will be reviewed on case by case basis
• More than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years will be reviewed on a case by case basis
