Location : Redmond, WA - fully onsite

Compensation : $55,000-$60,000

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our aerospace client. This would be a great opportunity for someone interested in growing their career in a sales environment focused on direct customer service within a regulated industry!

• Manages the quotation processes to assure on time and complete responses to customer requests.
• Create and maintain purchase orders.
• Enters all purchase orders and repair orders in a timely manner, ensuring that all data is complete and accurate.
• Provide communication on progress of customer orders as needed and take pro-active steps to notify customers of potential problems, schedule changes, etc.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 years of customer service or sales experience in regulated industry (Aerospace, automotive, medical device)
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong email and phone communication skills
• Ability to use computers to enter customer orders, see status of customer orders and good oral and written communication skills.
