The Lead Advanced Engineering Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient processes, quality work, and effective leadership within their technical team.
Responsibilities

• Efficiency Improvement: Studies and records time, motion, methods, and speed to enhance efficiency in various operations (such as maintenance, production, and clerical tasks).
• Standard Production Rate: Establish a standard production rate based on their analysis.

Technical Expertise:

• Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within their field.
• Leadership: Lead and direct the work of others.
• Creativity and Latitude: The role allows for a wide degree of creativity and latitude in decision-making
• Reporting Structure: Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Qualifications:
