Job Overview:

As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies to support our mission and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Implement and manage HR systems such as Paychex, ATS, Kronos, and HRIS to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations, including workers' compensation and conflict management.
- Provide senior leadership with strategic HR guidance to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with company values and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Lead initiatives related to talent acquisition, retention, and professional development.
- Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
- Proficiency in utilizing HRIS systems and other relevant software tools.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles within HR departments.
