The role is 5 days a week onsite – Work location – Waldwick, NJ.
Our customer is a full service – Accounting/Audit, Tax filing, and legal firm – Over 45 years in business - with a diverse base of customers, including corporates and individuals.
Role
The role requires you to be responsible for:
1 Receiving and addressing customer phone calls
2 Meet and Greet customers
3 Purchase of office stationery and other items as needed by the team
4 Accounts Receivable (using QuickBooks software; you will be trained if needed in the same)
5 General office upkeep and operations.
