Description
Avesta Housing is seeking a
Community Outreach Liaison to work at our assisted living facility, 75 State Street. This position is responsible for promoting our Independent and Assisted Living communities for seniors and generating new referrals for 75 State Street by building and maintaining relationships with company resources in all service areas (nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, senior centers, hospitals, adult daycare, hospice, elder law attorneys, geriatric care managers, etc.). The position supports business development by participating in community marketing activities and working to establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM data base
- Proficient in making presentations to small and large groups
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work occasionally outside of traditional business hours including weekends

This is an exempt, full-time position, with an annual salary range of $58,000 - $79,000.
