AVH Group Home is currently seeking a full time Residential Group Home Manager .
The Residential Group Home Manager will oversee 2 group homes. This position will required you to be directly involved in the day to day oversight and support of the assigned facilities. You will be required to work Monday- Friday and "on-call" rotating weekends. However, The Shift day and times may very.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Coaches and Mentor direct support staff
- Monitor group home
- Addresses and corrects health, safety, and environment concerns
- Reports safety and maintenance concerns as needed
- Ensuring all homes are within State Compliance
- Ensuring clinical and behavioral support objectives are implemented and documented
- Ensuring all homes are equipped with supplies
- Ensures medication administration records are current and no blanks
- Ensuring all documents within the homes are accurate
- Ensure medical appointments are scheduled and met
- Monitors employee schedules
- Attends and participates in site meetings, including completing required training
- Must be willing to be on- call
- Specific Requirements:
- Must be reliable, dependable and a self starter
- 2 years Experience in providing services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Some Managerial Experience
- Trained in Professional Crisis Management
- Must meet all agency requirements for pre- employment as required by APD and/or state regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
