Position Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, position is in Phoenix, AZ. The Executive Administrator (EA) will collaborate with teams across functions and ensure/provide smooth and efficient support to the Executive Leadership Team.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
At least 5 years of project management experience including coordinating and scheduling multiple events simultaneously preferred.
Travel: Must be willing to travel 10% - 50% of the time.
Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
