ResponsibilitiesAnalyze all current operational processes.
Develop, maintain, and review annually all continuous improvement programs.
Develop measuring and testing methods and procedures designed to evaluate and improve current operational processes.
Identify areas that need improvement.
Develop plans to increase operational processes and decreases costs, failures, etc.
Develop budgets for upcoming financial periods.
Implement plans and train staff on new procedures.
Document changes and create regular reports for upper management.
Develop an auditing program for all operational processes that maintains successes.
May perform other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor
RequirementsBA in business or related field.
High School diploma or equivalent.
20% of time traveling to other facility locations.
Computer literate, experience in keyboard operation, Microsoft word and Excel.

Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees
Ability to perform task with accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to maintain records, and to generate reports which require extreme accuracy.
