As our valued team member, you'll be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable moments to our diverse clientele.

This will begin as a part-time position, with the opportunity for full-time as our small business expands. Weekday and weekend availability preferred. Some shifts will be at our warehouse in Roswell, Georgia to prepare for events. Our mobile espresso cart is constantly on the move, meaning the environment of a majority of your shifts will change, offering an exciting blend of creativity, teamwork, and customer interaction. Our events are in and around Atlanta and Athens.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality and high-volume coffee beverages at events
• Coordinate with the Owner to plan and prepare for events
• Oversee all aspects of an event, from organizing the cart, setting up and operating the cart
• Act as a leader to supervise and support the Barista(s) during an event
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, delivering a memorable coffee experience to customers upholding our prestige reputation
• Manage cart inventory and restock supplies as needed during an event
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time
• Attend staff trainings and meetings, and barista parties as needed, at our warehouse in Roswell, GA

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Barista role
• Requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Must be responsible, able to honor schedule commitments and be on time as scheduled
• Neat, well-groomed appearance is required
• Nights and weekends required
• Punctual, with a reliable form of transportation
• Valid US Work Permit

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
