Avie is looking for a Sales Director - Real Estate who will lead and manage the sales efforts of a company or organization within the real estate vertical. You will also drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and expand market share.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and implement sales plans with a strategic focus to meet company sales targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, manage, and provide guidance to a team of sales professionals, fostering their development through coaching, training, and performance management to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity.
  • Foster and nurture strong relationships with key clients including technology companies, financial institutions, and other industry stakeholders to generate business opportunities and increase the volume of loan origination.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to develop innovative sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to devise and execute impactful sales and promotional campaigns targeting prospective borrowers.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and generate comprehensive reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and enhance conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and market conditions, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated history of achieving exceptional results in technology sales for real estate, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the sales field.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and adeptness in team management, inspiring and motivating sales teams to reach and surpass targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering the establishment and maintenance of relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving prowess, enabling the development of innovative sales strategies and the ability to overcome challenges.
  • Analytical mindset, with a high level of proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales performance.
