Job Description
Avila Valley Barn is now taking applications for Cashiers. This is a great opportunity to spend the summer and fall enjoying our farm. No experience is necessary but is a plus!
We are looking for seasonal employment for full or part time from now till the end of October! We employ request-off blackout dates on major holidays due to the large volume of customers during those times.
Job Requirements:
-Customer Service
- Must be able to lift roughly 50lbs or less
- Must enjoy being physically active and getting your steps in for the day
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have an outgoing positive attitude and be self-driven
- Comfortable being on your feet for up to 8 hours
-Can work in a fast paced, high volume environment
Job Duties:
- Providing an uplifting and positive experience for each customer that visits.
- Restocking candy, pie boxes, paper bags, drinks, and popcorn
- Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning for cash register stand
- Receive training in health and safety standards to be maintained at all times
Compensation: $16.00 hourly
