Description
Job Title: Dishwasher
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking, experienced candidate to oversee all functions related to our kitchen dishroom. As an Executive steward, you will be overall responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine
- Hand wash dishes, pots, and pans as needed
- Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Organize and store clean dishes and utensils
- Assist with kitchen cleaning and maintenance as needed
-Assist with scheduling, training, and supporting the kitchen/stewarding team
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
