Claims Clerk
THIS IS NOT A COLLECTIONS POSITION
In the rental car industry, damage happens. We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organized individual to streamline the process from our three operations to the administration level. This person will work with the Station Managers and the claims processing company to provide fluid movement.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process documents to the processing company.
Monitor progress of claims as they move through the system.
Follow through with Station Managers and Garage Managers.
Research and resolve discrepancies and issues.
Provide supporting documentation for audits.
Assist Controller and Fleet with various duties as assigned by Office Manager.
Assist in answering incoming phone calls.
Key Competencies
Proficient in:
Data entry and management.
10-key and Qwerty
MS Office, specifically Excel
Verbal and written communication

• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Willing to submit a pre employment background check & drug screen.

What We Offer:
$16-$18/hour DOE
Full time status, 30-35 hours per week
