Platform Specialist - Digital Asset Management System Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $40/hr
• Worksite: Leading audio, video, and voice technologies company (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
• 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment

Platform Specialist - Digital Asset Management System Responsibilities:

• Own system-wide administration and maintenance of the company’s Asset Center for the distribution of marketing and sales-enablement materials.
• Work with internal leadership and vendor resources to support the development of system enhancements and new functionality.
• Work with business and marketing partners to ensure best practices for nomenclature and asset management are met.
• Administration of new users, user groups, permissions, and asset metadata.
• Ensure accuracy of data, and that systems and workflows are operating properly.

Platform Specialist - Digital Asset Management System Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience working with enterprise platforms and tools is required.
• Experience with DAM (Digital Asset Management) required.
• Experience with CMS (Content Management System) required.
• Experience in demonstrating ability to proactively make recommendations and go above and beyond to help teammates, partners, or users in solving problems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce a plus.
• Demonstrated success in supporting enterprise platform workflows in a complex creative business environment from either client or agency side.
• Strong taxonomy and content metadata skills required.
• Familiarity with site and/or software development life cycle – requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Effective communication skills (written, oral, and presentation); clear and articulate; a team player able to successfully build consensus.
• Passion for the entertainment industry is a HUGE plus.
