A leading digital streaming network is seeking a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing structure, driving results, and reporting status across the Production Technology (Prod Tech) AI portfolio. The Prod Tech AI portfolio is composed of AI initiatives in early (Discovery, POC etc.) and late-stage delivery (Development, Launch etc.). The ideal candidate has 5 years of demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of complex initiatives that span multiple lines of business. The company offers a great work environment!
Project Manager Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $75/hr
• Worksite: Leading broadcasting and streaming network (Los Angeles, CA 90028 - Hybrid, in the office 2 times/week)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Help to establish portfolio frameworks (intake, prioritization, benefit realization, key deliverables/templates)
• Project manage AI initiatives from initiation to deployment.
• Work w/ a PMTO VP to successfully manage and complete project deliverables.
• Support the Prod Tech team in driving projects on a day-to-day basis.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• 3 years of established Program/Project Delivery or Program/Project Management experience.
• 5 years of demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of complex initiatives that span multiple lines of business.
• 2 years of experience in a Major Consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Asana, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall project is aligned to and directly supports business & IT strategic objectives.
• Strong Excel skills (analytics, pivot tables, formulas, etc).
• 2 years of experience in a Major Consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Thorough understanding and practical application of agile/waterfall methodology.
• Proven success in establishing structure and governance around complex multifaceted initiatives.
• Possess strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
• Ability to drive consistency across the Project Portfolio.
