A leading professional networking company is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Operations Data Analyst. The successful candidate will work closely on Responsible Sourcing programs to support reporting needs, competitive insights and benchmarking, while maintaining datasets around carbon reporting and supplier diversity spend reporting. The ideal candidate has 6 years of experience in data analytics, data management, carbon accounting, supply chain, strategic sourcing, procurement, operations or process documentation. Strategic Sourcing Operations Data Analyst Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $60-$75/hr (Pay varies based on candidate's location and experience)
• Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (Remote, candidates must be located in the United States)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
• 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment

Strategic Sourcing Operations Data Analyst Responsibilities:

• Experience with carbon accounting and carbon reduction strategies.
• Provide support in the development of the Responsible Sourcing Programs (Supplier Diversity and Supplier Sustainability) & related processes.
• Ability to collect, compile, combine, and cleanse data sets to optimize datasets and reporting.
• Manage data cleansing processes required for supplier diversity enrichments and reporting.
• Develop dashboards to track responsible sourcing targets and performance.
• Perform manual data entry tasks, develop solutions for data automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Support with Tier 2 supplier diversity tracking.
• Conduct industry benchmarking and research on carbon reduction strategies within indirect supply chains.
• Develop SOPs for Responsible Sourcing related processes and initiatives.
• Collaborate cross functionally with sourcing team members and business partners.
• Assist in other projects at the discretion of the manager as needed.

Strategic Sourcing Operations Data Analyst Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in data analytics, data management, carbon accounting, supply chain, strategic sourcing, procurement, operations or process documentation.
• 6 years of experience with Power BI and Excel.
• 3 years experience in sustainability tools and data management (GHG inventory, supplier carbon emissions).
• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• Robust process documentation experience.
• Advanced functional experience in computer applications such as Microsoft Suite specifically PowerBI, Powerpoint, and Excel, Sharepoint, and Lucidcharts preferred not required.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, presentation and written skills.
• Ability to consolidate and manage data to drive meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage & maintain timelines.
• Superior ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a team environment, yet be self-directed, pro-active and action-oriented.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and extremely high attention to detail.
