The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and executing technology integration and separation activities. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech workstreams, finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless transitions and alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate has 8 years of demonstrated experience managing technology mergers, acquisition, and divestiture programs. The company offers a great work environment! Tech Program Manager - Mergers, Acquisitions & DivestituresResponsibilities:
Mitigate issues/risks for us, Tech Team, and the Program Management and Transformation Office (PMTO).
Develop and manage MAD program deliverables.•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Facilitate the integration or separation of technology systems, data, and processes.
Oversee financial aspects of the project, including cost estimation, invoicing, and billing management.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular status updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Establish frameworks and structure in any situation that lacks organization.
Manage the day-to-day program activities and resources, and chair team meetings.
Tech Program Manager - Mergers, Acquisitions & DivestituresQualifications:
8 years of demonstrated experience managing technology mergers, acquisition, and divestiture programs.
5 years of strong Program Delivery experience across 3 or more of the following technology workstreams (information security, infrastructure, identity, email, corporate systems, advertising technology, production technology, Vendor Management, Data Migrations etc.)
3 years of experience in a Major Consulting firm is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall project is aligned to and directly supports business & IT strategic objectives.
Proven success in establishing structure and governance around complex multifaceted initiatives.
Possess strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
Tools: MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to drive consistency across the Project Portfolio
Experience with ServiceNow, Asana, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Prior experience with Production Technology is a plus.
