- Hourly pay: $22/hr
- Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Colorado Springs, CO 80907 - Onsite)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- hours/week, Month Assignment
- Perform manufacturing operations in the Die Attach area, including handling small parts and operating automated production machines.
- Conduct regular inspections of parts under a microscope to ensure quality standards are met.
- Read and interpret schematics and drawings to understand technical specifications.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Spend part of the time working in the test area, conducting tests on manufactured parts and documenting results.
- Utilize basic computer skills, such as MS Office, for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Demonstrate a coachable attitude and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
- This position requires working in a clean room environment with specific gowning and safety requirements.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related industry.
- Experience with testing procedures and equipment.
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a clean room environment.
- Familiarity with automated production machinery and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in handling small parts and conducting inspections under a microscope.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
