Evening Guest ServicesSupervisor - Avista Resort P.M Shift $16 - $18 / Hourly Job description - The person in this position reports directly to the GuestServices Manager and is responsible for managing front desk operations. Thisinvolves coordinating guest arrivals and departures, and cancelations. TheSupervisor will partner with other department heads to ensure that all guestneeds and concerns are properly addressed. Job Responsibilities -
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards; anticipate and address guest service needs
Follow allcompany safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenanceproblems/safety hazards
Schedule staff basedon business needs
Assist guests inmaking, changing, and canceling reservations
Work directlywith Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure that all guest requests areachieved in a timely and correct manner
Informhousekeeping of late check-outs, blocked rooms, and request from guests
Accurately informguests of our room types, rates, and amenities
Requirements -
Available to worka flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Must be able to work with our front deskoperating system
Must have previous experience in a similar role
