We are currently looking to hire a passionate and service- minded leader to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator and become a key member of our health services team! Our ideal applicant will have a CNA license and have weekend availability to work Monday-Friday 8 : 30-5 : 30pm and be willing to fill in for shifts as needed.

Responsibilities for our Resident Care Coordinator include the following :

• Filling other gaps in CNA / Med Tech schedule, as needed fill in for regular shifts.
• Maintaining CNA / Med Tech schedule.
• Assisting with new hire training as assigned by the administration.
• Maintaining MAR, handling communication regarding medications, cycling medications, and maintaining an organized medication cart.
• Coordinating with Home Health and Hospice Companies.
• Organizing monthly In-service training.
• Maintaining shift change notes.
• Communicating regularly with administration.
• Fulfilling other duties as assigned by administration.

Qualifications

Must have current CNA license and experience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting.
