Q. What would my responsibility be?

A. Your basic responsibility would be to work directly with company executives to assist with international product and business registrations, project management across cross-functional teams, assisting the team in filing needs, processing product orders as they come in, and generally assisting the team in "filling execution gaps" as the need arises.

Q. Is this an in-office or telecommuting position?

A. Here at Avitrol, our team works as a community. That means that we love to provide flexibility of location, based on need. This position will require some physical presence in our Tulsa office, but can largely be executed remotely.

Q. What kind of hours are required?

A. We're looking for team members that can put in 40 hours per week. We are strong proponents of healthy, flourishing families. With that being the case, we DO NOT work weekends - ever! Generally we put in great work from 9am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday.

Q. What type of work experience do I need?

A. Remember, we work as a team. In our culture, the best teammate is one who is willing to assist regardless of past work history. While having either past experience in living or working abroad is ideal, it's not required for this position.

Q. What skills do I need coming in the door?

A. The desire to serve is an intangible driver, and cannot be taught. Anticipating the needs of others is the best skill that you can bring to the table. Obviously, basic computer skills are also a must.
