Aviva Psychology Services is an independent, psychologist-owned group practice with offices in downtown Boston and Northampton. We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic Massachusetts Master’s level licensed clinician (LICSW/LMHC) to join our flexible and supportive group practice. This is a 40-hour per week, salaried position with fully remote or hybrid options and a full benefit package. The position requires split time dedicated to both individual therapy and supporting our intake department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
This position requires 17 individual client sessions weekly, as well as dedicated set hours during 9am-5pm for intake support. More specifically, this position will have approximately 15 hours of dedicated intake availability per week to conduct brief 20-minute phone screens as needed for potential clients and facilitate fitting assignments to our clinicians. While the intake phone screen hours will be predetermined within 3 hour blocks each day, they may not always be used, and the 17 clinical hours can be scheduled flexibly according to your preferences.
Our ideal candidate is ethical, independent, passionate about clinical work, and dedicated to being part of our team over time. They will be able to effectively diagnose, treat, and assess risk with adults of diverse identities and backgrounds who present with a wide range of presenting concerns. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have outstanding clinical intuition, and feel confident assessing and making efficient decisions about clinical fit. We value feedback and collaboration, and this role includes support from the intake department, including the Clinical Director, Intake Coordinator, and administrative staff, as well as weekly staff meetings where you will have a chance to get to know and connect with our clinical team.
