YOUR ROLE:
As a key member of our Avivo Village team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents and ensuring they receive the highest quality care and services. Your work will directly impact the well-being and success of those we serve, fostering an environment of healing and growth.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to residents.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Engaging with residents to build trust and promote their well-being.
  • Facilitating access to resources and services that support residents' recovery and independence.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of interactions and services provided.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU OFFER:
  • A High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in the field providing direct client care.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience providing formal or informal work direction/supervision, preferably in a behavioral health setting. This may include team lead experience, supervision of interns/volunteers, etc.
  • Experience with and/or commitment to working in a diverse, continuum of services in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Experience with and/or a demonstrated commitment to developing and delivering culturally responsive harm reduction, trauma informed services.
  • Experience with electronic health records.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in mental health, chemical dependency, or a related field is preferred.
