Job Summary

The retail parts counter role is to identify, quote, bill, and distribute parts accurately and promptly to retail customers.
Job Duties
Provide a world class experience for our customers and your colleagues
Adhere at all times to the One Price, One Person philosophy
Execute all duties in a manner consistent with our values : high-character, engaged, team-player
Relentlessly strive to improve an accurate and desirable inventory, while maintaining all retail parts and accessory displays.
Identify, confirm, and notify customers when special orders have arrived
Clear special order when parts are picked up
Clearly communicate with customers to identify parts needed, always quote customer pricing and estimated time of arrival
Constant maintenance of displays (rotating parts in displays) including cleaning glass
Perform perpetual inventory checks
Maintain an accurate cash drawer
Other duties as assigned

Valid driver's license
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years related experience required.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
