Job Description:
Avyanna Technologies is seeking an innovative RPA Developer to develop and manage Robotic Process Automation solutions. This role is crucial for automating business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across operations.
Location : Primary locations are 9000 Rockville Pike, Building 31C, and 5601 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD. Note: In-person meetings may be required for remote staff once per year and would take place within 50 miles of one of the primary locations. Local candidates to the DC, MD, VA area are preferable.
Type : Full-time
Clearance : Candidate must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance. US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) required. This position is unable to sponsor H1B or Visa Holders.
Salary Range : $100,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities :

• Develop RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
• Manage the lifecycle of bots, from creation to maintenance, including attended, unattended, and chatbot solutions.
• Write advanced T-SQL queries and develop APIs for bot activation and data manipulation.
• Govern the RPA tool environment, cataloging bots and analyzing usage to optimize licensing and infrastructure.
• Create detailed documentation for each bot, explaining its functionality, dependencies, and business value.
• Lead meetings to educate staff on RPA developments, presenting innovative automation solutions and strategies.

Qualifications :

• Educational Requirements : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience : At least 5 years of professional experience in RPA development.
• Proficiency in RPA platforms such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
• Strong skills in SQL and API management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Preferred :

• Certifications in RPA platforms.
• Experience with bot governance and performance analysis.
