DescriptionAre you looking for a part-time flexible work schedule with weekly competitive pay, paid training on the job and helpful and supportive staff to work with? AW Health Care has all this and more and invites experienced, dedicated and compassionate CNAs and Caregivers to apply to our hourly positions for St Charles, Warren and Lincoln County and West St Louis Communities.
- General Availability Needed: Monday - Friday and weekends, 2-6 hour shifts,
- Looking for CNAs and Caregivers who are willing to fill in for shifts when needed also.
- (We require 2-3 days a week availability and every other weekend to be considered.)

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have valid driver's license, your own personal, reliable vehicle with full coverage auto insurance and be able to independently access client’s residence and perform client transportation and errands if requested.
- Must have at least six months to one year paid work experience working with the geriatric population or similar care and responsibilities.
- Working with clients with Dementia and Alzheimer's is preferred.
- Ability to work with pets and smokers in client homes, preferred.
- Ability to Transfer and use Gait Belt or willingness to learn.
- Must maintain required yearly training/education as mandated by agency.
- Ability to participate in physical activity.
- Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity.
- Moderate lifting.
- Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
