Shipping/receiving manager for a Youtube channels merchandise company (7 Million Subshiners)

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Shipping supervisor to help build our team. As a Shipping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving operations in our distribution center. Your role will involve managing product quality, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage shipping and receiving of packages daily
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to meet customer requirements
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data
- Train new employees on shipping procedures and equipment operation

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Experience in shipping and receiving operations, preferably in an e-commerce or distribution center environment
- Proficiency in materials handling equipment operation, including forklifts
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
