Administrative Assistant
Awards Center is a locally owned business located in Louisville, KY. For 38 years, Awards Center has sold quality Awards, Crystal, Acrylic, Plaques, Trophies, Medallions, Corporate Awards, Advertising Specialties and Unique Gifts in Louisville, KY and nationwide. We work closely with various public and private individuals and companies. We are a small company looking to add to our team!
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct emails and phone calls
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Order Entry
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, orders and forms
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist the shop in small jobs as needed
Qualifications/requirements:
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask
- Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed
- Highly organized
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service and clerical work
- Retail/Manufacturing Knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
