Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Event Planner, your role involves excellent communication with customers and venues. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will use information from various sources to plan successful events. Key responsibilities include:

• Client Interaction:Listen attentively to customer requests and keep detailed records
• Budget Management:Handle customer finances efficiently
• Venue Selection:Choose suitable venues for different types of events
• Geographic Knowledge:Have a good understanding of geographic locations and their main attractions
• Audiovisual Coordination:Organize necessary audiovisual equipment in advance
• Logistics Management:Coordinate hotels, transportation, and catering services
• Event Monitoring:Attend and oversee activities to ensure client satisfaction
• Financial Review:Review bills and approve payments
• Strategic Planning:Follow a turn-key business model and strategy
• Market Identification:Identify and develop niche target markets. Book a variety of events, including sports, concerts, car rentals, flights, hotels, all-inclusive resorts, and cruises
• Client Proposals:Research, plan, and present quotes to clients
• Supplier Collaboration:Work directly with suppliers such as Expedia, Golden Tickets, Norwegian Air, Hertz, and more
• Payment Processing:Once the itinerary is agreed upon, collect credit card payments and send email confirmations. Make necessary changes to bookings as needed
