Minimum 3 years of relevant experience such as community-building activities, event hosting, coordination, and project management.

Able to regularly work weekends/non-traditional hours from a variety of Central KY locations.

Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills and strong networking skills.

Able to build rapport with individuals from varying cultures, experiences, and backgrounds.

Comfortable with Awesome Inc’s work culture - the expectation is to figure things out on their own and want autonomy versus having to give this individual lots of instructions.

Highly organized with the ability to multitask, collaborate, problem-solve, and meet deadlines.

Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and software such as Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.

Skilled at social media marketing and proficient with software such as Zoom, Slack, etc. 

An attitude of personal and professional growth (ie. you’re so motivated to win that we won’t ever have to ask you to work more on your projects...but we might occasionally have to ask you to work less)

Strong interest in startups and entrepreneurship
