Role Description
This a full-time on-site role located in Mesa, AZ for a Service Writer position. The Service Writer will be responsible for checking in service customers, communicating with customers regarding their work orders and service needs, entering and managing detailed repairs in the computer system, communicating with manufacturers, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong computer literacy skills to operate our specialized software and manage customer records, Coordinate with the Parts Department, assist Service Manager and help with returning faulty parts to manufacturers.
Qualifications

- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and self-motivated individual
- Experience in the marine industry is a plus
- Boating experience a plus
- Shipping/ Receiving/ Lifting heavy boxes
- Be able to get in and out of boats
