MacArthur LLC, a subsidiary of AWT, is seeking an experienced, detail orientated, and results focused Senior Accountant.

Key Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven track record of success in similar roles
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Strong computer experience, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to switch focus and adapt to changing priorities as needed
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Accounting support for multiple sites in the US.
• Balance sheet account reconciliations including Intercompany, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Accruals, Payroll, 401k, and others.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as needed.
• Reconcile intercompany balances, providing related parties with account reconciliations.
• Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Closing Processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Extract and filter data for analysis and reporting.
• Assist with developing and implementing improvements to processes.
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
