ROLE DESCRIPTION: 
Axcex Media is searching for career-minded individuals interested in pursuing a long-term profession in the Integrated Systems industry. Our Business Development Specialist role offers you the opportunity to join us in a sales capacity to support and grow the evolving needs of our in-demand industry. This role requires travel. Solid customer service skills, remote experience and etiquette and a collaborative and professional demeanor is imperative.   • Industry experience is required. We seek team players with professionalism and a positive attitude, who take pride in their work and are mission and solutions driven. 

 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet all Position Requirements as listed below. 
  • Identify prospects for new business and maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by selling products and services.
  • Develop strategies to expand sales.
  • Utilize systems and develop skills to maximize sales profitability.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through sale and service. 
  • Present quotes, collect payments; prepare sales paperwork, costing and proposals as needed. 
  • Be self-motivated, providing quality work unsupervised. 
  • Interact with customers and technicians in a professional manner. 
  • Provide sales presentations to warm leads delivered through digital executions. 
  • Provide ALL customer communication and follow up in a timely manner. 
  • Help in other areas as needed. 
 

BASIC POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Applicants MUST have 2-3 years of Industry experience; 5 years of low voltage experience preferred.
  • Administrative and project management experience preferred. 
  • Tech savvy and highly organized with ability to multitask. 
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. 
  • Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional, strong customer service skills. 
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years. 
  • Must have a Clean Driving Record for the past 3 years (No suspensions within the last 3 years). 
  • Ability to travel and share a hotel room while on travel. 
  • Ability to pass a background check and routine drug tests.
  • Ability to ensure our 100% Tobacco, Vape AND Drug Free work environment.
