- AVAYA ACD programming is a plus
- The ability to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Ability to run / create SQL queries - nice to have
- Knowledge of CMS / Call Center Technology required
About the role: - Working on a Migration from AVAYA and Cisco over to Genesys (NO Genesys experience is required)
- Working directly with the Contact Center Services Team and reporting to Director of Contact Center Design & Delivery
- Translating business requirements into technical specs
- Running / Creation of SQL queries
- Working with CMS / Call Center technologies.
- Utilizing Cisco, AVAYA, and internal proprietary tools
