Position Overview :
As an Anti-Fog Coatings Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our anti-fog coating products to potential clients across different industries.
You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and establishing long-term relationships with customers. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include :
Job Description :
Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industries that would benefit from anti-fog coating solutions.
Generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms.
Effectively presenting the features, benefits, and applications of our anti-fog coating products to prospective clients.
Grow market share in assigned territory; Meet or exceed annual territory budgeted forecast.
Develop and present proposals to customers to promote AXEL’s industry-leading value and to showcase the effectiveness of our solutions in different environments.
Conduct training for customers to ensure proper application of products by operators.
Provide technical assistance to customers and troubleshoot product and process issues.
Maintain excellent working relationships with customers through regular contact with decision-makers, corporate management, and personnel at all levels.
Assist customers in their efforts to be cost-effective, using value-added selling techniques to outline the benefits of our products.
Sell all assigned product lines to customers.
Identify and communicate industry trends, territory activities, competitive activity, and customer requirements to ensure that AXEL can meet or exceed expectations within the industry segment and other new markets.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
Qualifications
5 years of sales experience in specialty coatings for glass and plastic, particularly optical
Associates or higher college degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Problem solving skills; ability to operate independently and work to resolve and overcome obstacles
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Ability to travel 35-50% of time
