Job Description :
This role supports and manages the end-to-end business development strategy and project management for the Seasonals Portfolio within the Confectionary Category. Responsibilities include managing innovation and productivity projects, driving program synergies, and providing updates on progress and financials. The role interfaces with cross-functional teams, provides manufacturing sourcing guidance, and supports capital approval requests.
How You Will Contribute:
- Lead commercialization efforts for large projects and platform innovation programs.
- Conduct network assessments and asset optimization with business partners.
- Provide updates on key initiatives, escalate concerns, and report project status to leadership.
- Support project development and execution, particularly for I2M/IIM processes.
- Manage financial targets, capital projects, trial activities, and start-up expenses.
- ct as the key interface between Category and Engineering/Manufacturing/R&D.
- Support business and manufacturing systems initiatives (e.g., SAP).
- Strong operational and manufacturing experience with TPM, 5S, LEAN, Six Sigma, Safety, and GMP standards.
- Good understanding of end-to-end processes in manufacturing and business environments.
- Experience managing complex projects and ambiguity.
- Proven track record of project approvals and execution excellence.
- Strategic thinking and tactical program leadership.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team-building abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management in Consumer Products.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering, Production, or R&D.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Basic Marketing/Finance/Product Supply/Procurement principles.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 25-30% travel to internal and external plants for project-related business and stakeholder engagement.
