Job Title: CMM Programmer (On-site)
Location: Wichita, KS

- Generate CMM programs and update programs requiring rework/debugging.
- Creates detailed setup instructions for CMM operations.
- Support tool proving of CMM programs and first part verification.
- High School Diploma required
- Trade School or Mechanical Engineer Degree preferred
- Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerancing - including GD&T.
- Must understand 3 Dimensional models, including XYZ=coordinates, IJK=vectors and the 6 degrees of freedom.
- Working Knowledge of Catia V5 and V6 Required.
- CMM Programming experience preferred.
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of GD&T and Blue Print Reading preferred.
- Knowledge of basic inspection practices.
- Use of precision measurement tools such as calipers Micrometers, height gages, etc. preferred.
- Knowledge of 3D model concepts required (understanding plotting, vectors, and 6 degrees of freedom essential).
- NC Programming Experience a plus.
- Strong math skills a plus
- Knowledge of Polyworks and VX elements a plus.
