Location: Johnston, RI | Pay: 20/hr
Hours: 8am - 4:45pm, Mon - Fri
Job Description:
As a successful member of the Repossession & Liquidation Team, you will be asked to meet and exceed department service and quality standards, while maintaining consistent levels of communication with external customers and colleagues regarding account information. You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following.
Responsibilities:
Location: Johnston, RI | Pay: 20/hr
Hours: 8am - 4:45pm, Mon - Fri
Job Description:
As a successful member of the Repossession & Liquidation Team, you will be asked to meet and exceed department service and quality standards, while maintaining consistent levels of communication with external customers and colleagues regarding account information. You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following.
Responsibilities:
- Complete account maintenance, in accordance with our SLAs
- Maintaining compliance with all banking requirements
- Timely follow-up with appropriate contacts in regards to claims
- Timely arrangements of post repossession letters, liquidation processes and quality controls
- Timely arrangements of repossession assignments and quality controls
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to de-escalate situations and maintain professionalism at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
