Job Summary
As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing individual training program goals, overall program objectives, and module objectives.
Collaborating with subject matter experts, you will design and build learning assets and create interactive e-Learning products using digital and e-Learning applications.
Your role includes designing evaluation strategies to validate learning outcomes and assisting in developing criterion-referenced tests.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field preferred.
Experience: 7 years of training design experience, including leading training program design efforts. Experience with complex content and designing training for various delivery modalities (classroom, online, self-paced e-Learning).
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management skills, and broad knowledge of instructional technologies.
Tools Expertise: In-depth experience in Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Character Animator.
Responsibilities
Apply instructional design theory to design course content in collaboration with project leads and subject matter experts.
Create and refine learning programs incorporating modern learning practices in an agile environment.
Use adult learning theory to select appropriate training media and methodologies based on audience characteristics and content.
Develop complex digital programs and applications.
Review program evaluations, learning metrics, and participant feedback to recommend program improvements.
Design evaluation strategies and tools to measure program effectiveness and achieve desired learning outcomes.
