Job Description :
The role involves performing physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and fulfilling orders for merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
- Checking received goods against purchase orders or invoices and maintaining accurate records of inventory.
- Rejecting unsatisfactory items and ensuring quality control standards.
- Packaging and preparing products for shipment, including posting weights and shipping charges.
- Operating a forklift and lifting heavy items as needed.
- Maintaining records of merchandise shipped and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Reviewing customer orders, stocking inventory, and distributing merchandise in warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing lines.
