Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute projects within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Utilize the Ideas to Market (I2M) process to guide projects from inception to market launch.
Conduct and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication, action items, and accountability among team members.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure project success.
Manage project timelines for new product launches and efficiency initiatives.
Support achievement of financial targets through effective project management and delivery.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, particularly in new product launches or related areas such as Research & Development or Manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complexity.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in navigating supply chain operations including cost of goods sold, capacity planning, logistics, and quality management.
Ability to effectively engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members towards project goals.
Experience communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Comfortable operating in an environment with ambiguity and uncertainty.
Negotiation skills and the ability to influence organizational leadership to drive project outcomes.
