Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute projects within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Utilize the Ideas to Market (I2M) process to guide projects from inception to market launch.
- Conduct and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication, action items, and accountability among team members.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure project success.
- Manage project timelines for new product launches and efficiency initiatives.
- Support achievement of financial targets through effective project management and delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, particularly in new product launches or related areas such as Research & Development or Manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complexity.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in navigating supply chain operations including cost of goods sold, capacity planning, logistics, and quality management.
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members towards project goals.
- Experience communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Comfortable operating in an environment with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to influence organizational leadership to drive project outcomes.
