Professional - HR Generalist Roswell, GA 3 Months Position is 100% remote, full-time 40 hours/week (for 3 months) Seeking candidates who have prior experience with Workday and HR support/generalist background. Looking for candidates who are self-motivated, quick learners, more of an entry-level role but should have a couple years experience in an HR position. Candidates being submitted for this position should be available to virtually interview during one of the following timeslots:
Tuesday, 7/9, 1-5pm EST
Wednesday, 7/10, 3-5pm EST
Thursday, 7/11, 1-3pm EST
Job Description: SUMMARY OF POSITION: The position is responsible for administrative support in relation to a Human Resources organization project. This person supports HR and leaders across the globe and will need to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships throughout diverse global business teams. Success in this position depends on the ability to operate effectively across a complex matrix and work independently to solve objectives with minimal direction. Essential Accountabilities" Complete administrative tasks such in support of end-to-end HR processes such as document development, tracking work progression against established timelines, etc. " Maintains accurate employee records and files for easy retrieval when information is requested or needed. " Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data entry / processing and corrections. " Track and validate data and run reports on a routine basis and or as needed. " Provide HR System Management (Workday) support for all organization and people related changes. " Liaise with Talent Acquisition on recruiting needs. " Liaise with HR staff and HR support help-center to address any HRIS systems issues. Qualifications" 3 years of relevant experience " Ability to work independently. " Ability to manage sensitive issues while always maintaining complete confidentiality. " Detail oriented " Compelling verbal and written communication skills. " Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and schedule to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. " Ability to accurately produce a high volume of work under aggressive project deadlines. " The flexibility and resiliency to work well under pressure and quickly adapt to rapidly changing needs and priorities. " Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. " Proficiency in Workday Human Resources Information System preferred.
