Slected candidate will have knowledge of SAP such as project creation (a must). Will support to open projects in SAP, tracking project status.
Qualifications High School Diploma Or Equivalent. Associate's Degree Preferred.SAP and transaction codes experience a must. Knowledge of transaction code CJ20N required ((Create projects).
Responsibilities: Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Detailed oriented. Good analytical skills. Ability to organize work and prioritize. Work well in firm deadline environment. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint a plus. Knowledge of EDI invoice processing a plus. SAP and transaction codes experience a must. Knowledge of transaction code CJ20N required ((Create projects).
" Execute steps required for service contract arrangement following corporate processes (requests for new customers creation, invoice payment, new vendors screening, service contract review etc.)
" Create, plan, and maintain jobs/projects in SAP
" Responsible for raising and tracking customer invoices along with follow up to ensure payments are met by due dates
" Candidate must be proactive, enthusiastic and works well independently and with a team
" Excels under pressure, maintaining a calm and respectful demeanor
" Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
